There is a large variety of edible mushrooms. They come in all sizes, shapes and flavors and they also have amazing healing properties.


Reishi Mushroom, scientific name Ganoderma Lucidum

Reishi is a native of Asia, Europe and North America, it is a big dark mushroom with a shiny exterior and a wood like texture.

Reishi is also known as the Immortality mushroom. In Asia it has been used for thousands of years for its health benefits and longevity.

Reishi's most prominent health properties are:

  • immune booster

  • mental clarity

  • hormonal balance

  • stress relief

  • boost energy levels

  • protects the liver.
